Stuff to Know

Here is some important info that you will want to note.

We are flying American Airlines.  The Shreveport to Dallas flight number is 3692.  The Dallas to Hayden number is 2229.  The Hayden to Dallas is 2228.  The Dallas back to Shreveport is 3495.  We will not land in Shreveport until 10:03 PM.  Yawn! 

The name of our condo is The Phoenix.  The number is (970) 879-4445.  The address is 2315 Apres Ski Way, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487.  You can use this address to mail any birthday or anniversary cards.

Can't wait to get on the plane!

We have run inventory on the Harper/Ducote ski apparel.  If anyone would like to claim any of the following for this trip, please let me know.

POWDER and LOTS OF IT!

Steamboat is getting covered in fresh powder right now. 13" of snow in the last 48 hours! Steamboat has already received 86" total this year. They are off to a great start to build a good base come Mardi Gras. Below is a the Photo of the Day from the Steamboat website taken this morning.

Our first big payment will be due on 12-27-05. We will owe for our full airfare and 50% of our condo cost. I'll be in touch soon with specific amounts and directions.

We still need to add two more couples if possible. Keep looking.

TIME IS DRAWING NIGH

Today is the last day I can cancel our extra tickets out of SHV and get my deposit back.

I went ahead and reserved the 3-3bdr condos as opposed to some 4-bdr, etc.

We still need 4 more skiers. We needed 2 until Chuck and MK had to cancel and for very good reason(s).  It is not too late to add folks. The issue now is that we may not all get to travel and/or connect together and the rates will fluctuate between now and then. However, after all this hurricane business I bet a LOT of trips were cancelled.

Please be on the look out for a few more skiers that would fit well with our group. It will actually only be too late once we start paying money in Dec. and Jan.

THOMPSON's the door is still open and have heard no reply from ya'll. Talk to a brotha.

A FEW MORE FOLKS

Congrats to Chuck and MK but that means no skiing for MK at 7 months pregnated. This drops our total # of skiers to 16. We need 20 to maintain our group rates. So please keep looking.
